Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are not refundable once delivered. If a file will not open or is not what the product page described, email info@umbra-us.com within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it.
If we confirm a review, take payment, and then determine the review would not serve you, you get a full refund. If we miss the turnaround stated in the engagement letter by more than two business days without agreeing a new date with you, you get a full refund and you keep the findings. Once findings are delivered, the fee is earned.
The retainer pays for the stated hours and reserved availability during the service period. Unused hours carry forward one month, then lapse; unused hours do not create a cash refund or extend the engagement past its agreed end date. Either party may end the retainer with thirty calendar days' written notice, or on an earlier date agreed by both parties in writing. We confirm the final service date in writing, and the firm remains available within the agreed scope through that date. For a final partial calendar month, the monthly fee and that month's included hours are prorated by the number of service days through and including the final service date divided by the total calendar days in that month. Any amount already paid for service after the final service date is refunded to the original payment method. The remaining work, available hours and handover are agreed before the engagement ends. Work beyond the agreed scope or available hours is quoted and approved in writing before it is performed at $250 an hour.
